Look on page 188 of your Clymer manual. You shouldn't be messing around with your machine if you don't have one or haven't studied it!
Isn't their #20 the same as #36 on that web site? Clymer calls it the "Transient enrichment valve diaphram assembly".
It is #34 on my copy of the LS650 microfiche and is called "Diaphram Assy" there.
Hope this helps and that you get a copy of the Clymer manual and study it before it's too late!
